Info for Riders

Are you the next track superstar of the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games? This event is an opportunity to practice your race routines and delivery of timed events at a British Cycling, Paracycling only, track coaching session.

This is the first of two events over the 2016-2017 season that will prepare Paracycling athletes for the national track championships and future C1 international track events.

During the day you will have the opportunity to;

1. Talk with British Cycling Performance staff

2. Practice your pre-race routine and deliver a timed sprint and endurance effort based on Paralympic distances for your category

3. Get advice on the areas you need to improve to better your time for the next event and national track championships.

To be able to enter this event you should have track experience of riding safely and confidently around a Velodrome to maximise the opportunity provided at this session.
