Bikes and helmets will be available to borrow from Newport Velodrome at a cost of £5 per session (see reception) Riders MUST wear MITTS/GLOVES when riding, a helmet, and wear suitable clothing for riding a bike (no loose clothing) Shoulders MUST be covered (no vest tops)
