Event Overview

Bradley Wiggins smashed the hour and now there is the opportunity for riders from Go-Ride clubs and disabled riders in London to ride on the Lee Valley Velopark Road circuit as a team and see how far they can ride in a set time.

This activity is open to teams of 5 riders. When entering you will be asked to nominate the names of your 5 riders. You can also book onto the session as an individual rider.Teams can be made up of a mixture of all ages and abilities.

The first hour will be some fun coaching activity on the traffic free circuit at the Lee Valley Velo Park.

The second part of the activity will be a challenge to see how far your team can ride in a set time.  The number of laps your team rides will be recorded so you can stop, have a rest, ride together or as a relay. It is completely up to you and what you feel you can ride.

The event is being delivered with the support of Power 2 Inspire promoting opportunities for riders with a disability.

Please bring your own helmet and bike. A drink and a snack.

Limited adapted cycles are available in the form of tandems, trikes and hand cycles. Please contact the event organiser should you require to loan a bike.
