We've organised this to help raise much needed funds and awareneness to help YMCA Norfolk carry on the amazing support it's offered some of the most disadvantaged people in Norfolk for the past 160 years.

This year is YMCA Norfolk's 160th year and ALL money raised will go directly back into new and existing projects aimed at supporting vulnerable children, young people, families and so on to help them thrive and lead a secure and satisfying future.

I, as do YMCA Norfolk, passionately believe in what we do. We are hope-filled and believe in inspiring and empowering people that we support to become positive and thriving memebers of the wider community.

Hopefully you'll be able to help us to help everyone see that The YMCA is more than just a song and really does make a massive positive difference in the long run in our communities.

The ride will start and finish in Norwich outside our Central Hostel by the Bus station. The first stop being at our YMCA Great Yarmouth Branch on Hall Quay. Then we take in some lovely coastal roads toward Mundesley for a break, finally heading for the last stop at our Holt YMCA shop before making our way back to Norwich.  

Refreshments, drinks and snacks will be provided along the way and we will have a support vehicle on hand for emergencies and spare parts....hopefully just cycle spare parts.

Unfortunately all riders will need to sort accomodation and transport parking themselves this year but we can provide some recomendations closer the time if needed.

Each rider that finishes will receive a medal and certificate to show off to friends and family and we would like all riders to stop about a mile away from the finish in order that we all turn up at the end together as one team.......which is what YMCA Norfolk is... There may be some things going on at the end being run by our colleagues from different departments. (I'll let you know what's happening when I know as you may want to invite family or friends to the end)
