This is part of Sport North Herts 2016 Games that comprises a number of different sports with competitirs representing the 4 main towns of North Herts. It is aimed at providing a range of sporting experiences to school year 5 and 6 students throughout the summer.

Royston Rockets BMX Club , Burns Road, Royston, Hertfordshire, SG8 5PT
Directions: From the A1 turn off at Baldock and take A505 to Royston. Turn right at the second roundabout (A1198 Junction) or from M11 turn off at Duxford onto A505 to Royston and turn left at second roundabout. After the A505 roundabout, travel 100m and straight over the roundabout by the superstore and then continue 100m to next roundabout and turn left into Burns Road - signposted to School and community centre. Pass the school on the left to the roundabout and turn right. The track entrance is the first left 5m after road island. The track is usually signed by small green/yellow BMX stickers on the road signs.

Info for Riders

All riders must register via process defied on the Sport North Herts website. No previous experience of BMX racing is required - the morining session will be coaching with a small competion in the afternoon. It is prefereable for those taking part to use their own bikes - BMX or MTB /  ATB types will be fine bt lights and reflectors etc. will need to be removed.
