Event Overview

Thanet RC present the Locks Women's Go-Race Series. Novice and Cat 4 riders are invited to come and race at Betteshanger Country Park on alternating Friday evenings and weekends monthly during the summer in an exciting 6 race series. Series trophies donated by Adalta CC's Ken Jones in memory of his wife, Sarah are awarded for the year to the winning experienced, novice and junior category riders; best 3 of 6 to count.  We are proud to have our sponsors Locks of Sandwich onboard for this unique series aimed at novice women. If you have wondered what it is like to race with other women, this is the series to give it a go with the support and camaraderie of your fellow novices, there will be a breadth of ability so you should find a rider to race.
