Event Overview

Willesden CC - Sunday 21st February The is the sixth and last event of the Chiltern Classics Reliability Series for 2016. There is a choice of three routes. From Ickenham they travel via Harefield, Heronsgate,Amersham, and Coleshill. The 50K continues through Winchmore Hill, Beaconsfield,Jordans, Chalfont St Peter, and West Hyde to return to Harefield and Ickenham. The 100/150K continue via Holmer Green, Great Kingshill, Loosley Row, (150K + a Chinnor and Stokenchurch loop), Hughenden Valley, High Wycombe, Cookham, Gerrards Cross, and Chalfont St Peter where they re-join the 50K back to Ickenham.

The entry fee allows you to ride any one of the events; select when signing-on on the day.

NOTE: there are no refunds; if the event has to be postponed because of inclement weather then it will be rescheduled to a later date. Check out the website as late as possible.

Info for Riders

All rides £10 inc. Free Refreshments. Signing on from 08.00. The time allowances are: 50K - 2.5h; 100K - 4.5h; 150K - 6h. Departures:150K - 08.30; 100K - 09.00; 50K - 09.30. Enter now. Choose when signing-on on the day. The rides are NOT races but neither are they dawdles. The minimum average speeds are: 50K - 20kph; 100K - 23kph; 150K - 25kph. If you are both fit and/or riding in a group then they should be reasonably easy to attain.
