An event promoting a mental health campaign in the community.
Promoting the link between mental and physical wellbeing through participating in sport.
Ride Herefordshire will showcase multi distance sportive's around the stunning countryside of Herefordshire on the morning of 19th September. The Festival will also feature a Profesessional Cycling Hitter Road Race on the afternoon of the 19th, for all riders to spectate and enjoy, which will be hosted by NFTO RC. All riders in the morning will get the chance to ride the route of the professionals.
Riders also have the opportunity to take on the two day sporting challenge and participate in the Herefordshire Running Festival on Sunday 20th September.
Join us and be inspired by a great weekend of sport in Herefordshire.
