Event Overview

Challenge yourself on this extreme endurance ride around the Trough of Bowland, a route often used by Steve the Pirate Hodge (the extreme endurance cyclist) as part of his training program in his attempt to cycle Lands End to John O'Groats and back in under 6 days 2015.

Starting at the Brindle Community Hall, this challenging Route will follow theRibbleValleythrough the Lancashire Lanes and the Trough of Bowland.

The long route will add in another 29 miles taking you towards Whalley, Pendle and Clitheroe.  This route is for the experienced cyclist or the first timer who wants a long training ride.  At the finish there will be a range of food included in the entry fee.
