Info for Riders

British Cycling's Regional Coach will help you to Improve your group riding skills in a traffic free, floodlit environment. She will help you to build your confidence to ride within small & large groups & improve your general bike riding skills too. Is this right for me? You don't have to be fast but if you ride regularly on a racing a bike then this is for you. Other bikes are okay too. Bikes must be in full working order.You will need to wrap up with layers of clothing, gloves & waterproofs if wet. Registration from 5.40pm. Start 6pm - Finish 7pm. Further sessions on 7 Oct, 4 Nov, 2 Dec Why not get together afterwards for a hot chocolate & chat in the Lynnsport cafe-bar? There are toilets, changing rooms & showers in the main centre too. If you do, don't forget to bring a bike lock.
