Event Overview

Open to all Adult and U16 Cyclo-Cross riders from First Time Riders to Improvers. 

Learn specific cyclo cross skills, starts, cornering, dismounts, remounts, carrying and runups group riding.  Practice races.

Get a great pre season workout

Riders and Coaches from other Regions welcome.

LOCATION - Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, Springfield Rd, Hayes, UB4 0LT. TIME - 9:30 meet for 10:00 start. Finish and away by 3:30 FACILITIES – tea and coffee provided, bring your own lunch, energy snacks & drinks. Bring your own cyclo cross bike or mountain bike. Some cyclo-cross bikes available to loan Medium 48 and Large 53. Under 16s will need a signed parental consent form, available on the day. If pre entry is closed you can still sign on and pay on the day.
