Info for Riders

Two days of MTB Coaching run by British Cyclings regional coach both days are for beginner - intermediate riders aged 9-16 The sessions will comprise of skills coaching in the morning and a ride in the afternoon for ages 10-16 All riders will need to bring warm and waterproof clothing, helmet, gloves, plenty of water food to eat and a bike that is in good working order. Can all riders bring a signed parental consent form which can be downloaded from the link below: https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/zuvvi/media/bc_files/go_ride/Parental_Consent_2012_Form.pdf Riders can attend one or both days.
