Event Overview

The course at Westpoint is on the driver training facility and so mimics a town centre criterium course but with wide grassed runoffs.  For seniors a substantial saving can be made by entering online.  Online entry closes at midday on the day of the race allowing potential competitors to check the weather/work commitments/ tan lines etc before entering.

Westpoint Arena is only a few kilometres from Junction 30 of the M5.  There is plenty of parking but warming up is limited to the skid pan area only so do pack a turbo or rollers if you have them.  In order to secure the future use of this facility competitors and supporters are asked to respect the wishes of the owners.  Please follow our marshals' instructions but in particular do not warm up anywhere but the skid pan, use only the toilets in the Drivers Centre and do not ride on the grass.

Info for Riders

The South West region has 7 events at Westpoint this year organised by a variety of local clubs. Exeter Wheelers are organising 3 of them. Different categories are catered for on different dates with an emphasis on youth races during the summer holidays.
