Event Overview

The Valeride is a dual routed circular cycle challenge starting and finishing at the Vale Resort

The 50 mile route is through the countryside and along the coast of the Vale of Glamorgan, with a few climbs thrown in to add to the challenge. Total climbing 908m . The 90 mile route shares the first part and end part of the 50 mile route, with the additional 40 miles being a ride up the famous ‘Bwlch’. From the Port Talbot side of the mountain it is a gradual 15 mile climb to the top. Total climbing 1979m.
