ALTON CYCLE SPORTIVE;

A Cycle Sportive for three main charities, British Limbless Ex Service Men Association (BLESMA), The Soldier Charity (ABF) and the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP), as well as other charities to be named, this exciting Cycle Sportive has everything you want in a ride with three challenging routes in the Hampshire Countryside a challenge route of 100 miles, an intermediate route of 50 miles and a family route of 20 miles.

The Cycle Sportive is designed for all levels of cyclists to come and have a go and with excellent routes and welfare provision, we aim to give this a professional feel with the same start finish location in Alton Hampshire.

Having delivered numerous Professional Cycling Events from 2012 Olympics, Tour of Britain and Tour de France as well as Tour Rides and multiple Cycle Sportives, Full Force Events will give you an experience you won’t find in other Sportives.

Full Force Events organised rides are the best rides in the country. We aim to provide you with the full professional experience so come and test your cycling stamina on one of three challenging routes winding around tourist landmarks in the beautiful Hampshire countryside. .

There will be:

Fully way marked routes

Electronic timing and rider times published online

Well stocked feed stations
Mechanics and a broomwagon
Bike wash facilities

NB: Entry on the day available unless sold out.

Entry is £35 for 100m ride  £25 for the 50m ride and £10 for the Family ride (This Includes 1 adult and 1 child),

The 100 mile and 50 mile route is the same with the 100 milers doing two laps of a 50 mile circuit that takes you through some of the most beautiful countryside Britain has to offer,

On Leaving the Start location in Alton Anstey Park, you will head out towards East Worldham, from there you climb through the back lanes of Jane Austin’s old England Countryside towards Oakhanger, onto Blackmoor and Selbourne from there we cross over towards Empshott we then go on to Climb the Noar Hill before heading along the idyllic Countryside of East Hampshire heading towards Ropely and  Alresford, We then climb up towards the Cavdovers before going through the beautiful Village of Preston Candover and heading out towards, Upton Grey and from there we take the final climb into South Warnborough and Froyle before heading back to the Start and Alton’s Anstey Park.

There will be a Feed Station/ Water Stop at Old Arlesfor Park as well as Anstey Park Alton,

For the Family Ride of 20 miles you leave and head on a different direction

From Anstey park Alton you will head out towards Holybourne then onto Froyle and South Warnborough from there you will drop down into the beautiful village of Upton Grey before heading out towards Weston Corbett, you will then turn back towards Alton passing by Shaldon Green and Alton Golf Course before arriving back at Anstey Park Alton.

There will be a Water Stop provided at Upton Grey and Anstey Park Alton.
