Event Summary

Event Overview

NO online entry, ON THE DAY ONLY - please email organiser if you are attending.

Due to the success of the new rider development sessions running at Tameside and Palatine we feel the need to expand this to Merseyside. Starting in January 2014 there will be weekly sessions delivered at Litherland cycling circuit for your road racing cyclists. These sessions will have a primary fitness focus for the evening and will culminate in progressive training exercises driven by challenging the physical and technical needs of Youth A and Junior racing cyclists. The sessions will run every Thursday from the 30th January for 10 consecutive weeks in the lead up to the road season. After these sessions are completed we will transfer over to Knowsley to complete similar sessions on the velodrome during the spring and summer months.
