Sunday 13 April 2014, Strumpshaw Hall, Strumpshaw

Sign on: Please sign on and collect your rider number from 7.30am - 9am.
Rider Departure: Strumpy 40 and Strumpy Dash depart at 9.30am. Strumpy Splash riders can take part in the off-road course from 9.30am - 4pm.

Parking: Parking is on the field opposite the entrance to Strumpshaw Hall, clear parking signs will be visible, plus a Parking Steward will be on site. The parking is free.

Road Closure: We have closed Stone Road at Strumpshaw for the event, and will be closed from 7am - 5pm. You can still gain access to the car park, the Traffic Stewards will let you through the closures.

Safety: You must wear a helmet to ride any of the organised rides on the day.

The Strumpy Splash & Dash is a new event based at Strumpshaw Hall. There will be a variety of rides on the day, including two on-road sportives, a family ride plus a new off-road mountain bike circuit!

STRUMPY SPLASH

A unique event in previously unridden paths, trails in fantastically unspoilt Broadland countryside. Ideally for mountainbikers, cyclocrossers and families wanting to ride on virgin territory in the heart of the broads.

STRUMPY DASH

Part of Broadland 40 celebrations, there will be two sportives on offer on the day, a 40km and a 100km route. Taking you around the spectacle and scenic roads of Broadland, you can enjoy what the countryside has to offer.

The Strumpy Splash & Dash is a new event based at Strumpshaw Hall. There is an on road 40km and 100km routes, plus an off-road mountain biking trail 2 miles long - how many laps can you do! There will also be family fun activities at the Event HQ, including MTB training, food and drink, plus the Steam Museum is open to explore! All set in the scenic grounds of Strumpshaw Hall.
