Info for Riders

This event is open to all women aged over 14 youths, Juniors and Senior women. Session 1 - Essential Bike Handling Skills. Go-Race will be a Time Trial. Session 2 - Group riding skills. Go-Race will be composite Team Time Trails Session 3 - Group racing skills. Go-Race will be scratch races. Session 4 - Team Riding. Go-Race will be a Road Omnium. There will be a number of different ability groups to cater for all riders.
