CALLING ALL CYCLOSPORTIVE WARRIORS !

PREPARE FOR BATTLE !

The 1066 cyclosportive with travels over the lovely lanes of 1066 countryside and the areas of the Lower Weald and Ashdown Forest.

There are three testing route where travel through some stunningly beautiful lanes. 

The three routes are :-

The Classic at 104 miles 

The Challenge at 85 miles 

The Tour at 66 miles 

All routes are testing with tough little climbs to attack each time you come across one. 

The conclusion to all personal battles on this event wil be fought out on the final skirmish up the Cob Lane Hill which is a short but steep hill of 20% gradient to finish the legs off. 

Will you be victorious ? Battle commences 25th May 2014

CALLING ALL CYCLOSPORTIVE WARRIORS ! PREPARE FOR BATTLE ! The 1066 cyclosportive travels over the lovely lanes of 1066 countryside and the areas of the Lower Weald and Ashdown Forest. There are three testing routes which travel through the stunningly beautiful lanes of this protected area. The three routes are :- The Classic at 104 miles The Challenge at 85 miles The Tour at 66 miles All routes are tough, so please please come ready for battle, Don't underestimate this enemy with its major weapons of gravity and fatigue ! You won't outflank the enemy but you might be able to use guerrilla tactics to conquer this foe. The conclusion to all personal battles on the 1066 cyclosportive event wil be fought out on the final skirmish up Cob Lane Hill. This is a short but steep hill of 20% gradient. Don't take the walk off shame on this hill, be victorious ! Let battle commences 25th May 2014. Will you be victorious ? We hope so. Weapons of carbon and titanium recommended !
