Ideal for a variety of female riders whether you have a new bike, are less confident on the open road or would like to ride more confidently with a group. You may even have been riding for years but never quite understood how to...?

Come & practice some techniques in this relaxed, floodlit & traffic free environment (athletics track) under the watchful eye of British Cycling's Regional Go-Ride coach. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions & get feedback on your riding technique.

Optional get together afterwards for a coffee & chat in the Lynnsport cafe-bar. There are toilets, changing rooms & showers in the centre.

You will need to:

  • Make sure you wrap up with layers of clothing, gloves & waterproofs if wet
  • Bring a drink
  • Bring a bike in working order


Registration from 5.45pm -   Start:  6pm  -    Finish: 7pm
