es Insomnia is back for a 5th year, so it's time to pump up the tyres, charge up those lights and get ready to race right through the night!

Insomina is a 12 hour mountain bike that takes place at the stunning Bedgebury Forest in Kent on mix of flowing singletrack and flat out fire roads. The race lets you experience all the thrills of racing through the forest at night and is open to riders of all abilities. You can enter as a solo rider or why not get a group of friends together and race as a team of 2, 3 or 4. We are limited to 300 riders, so please make sure you get your entry in soon.

With a fun and challenging course, friendly and enthusiastic marshals from Bedgebury Forest Cycle Club and a buzzing arena, Insomnia 2014 is the one event you just can't miss!
