Info for Riders

The Wiggle Southern Rough Ride is the opening MTB event in the 2014 Wiggle Super Series and is a fantastic way to start your year in the saddle. This classic South Downs Mountain Bike route starts from Amberley Working Museum which is situated in the heart of the South Downs. The route has a number of leg warming hills and exciting descents on the Downs based between Amberley, Arundel & Steyning. The improved 2014 route has a route that can be ridden all year around and follows some awesome bridleways and the classic South Downs way itself. With three ride lengths of 33miles (Epic), 25miles (Standard) and 16miles (Short), you can choose how much fun you can handle… So start your 2014 season on a high and get out and ride. Last year’s event 'sold out' well before the event as this ride has quickly established itself as a must do early season MTB ‘Classic’.
