Track session run by British Cycling Coaches, these sessions will teach you the skills needed to race on the Track and are invaluable training sessions for anyone currently racing.

Track session run by British Cycling Coaches, these sessions will teach you the skills needed to race on the Track and are invaluable training sessions for anyone currently racing. The session lasts for 2 hours and if you do not own a track bike hire can be arranged for free for this session. Bring water bottles, snacks, helmets, warm top, gloves and a positive attitude. Gloves and helmet are essential as you will not be allowed on the Track without these. Please turn up at least 30 minutes before the session to give you time to sign on and collect your track bike.
