The routes will take place in quiet areas of scenic Lincolnshire, Rutland and Leicestershire on some of the best cycle-friendly roads in the country. If you think the area is flat, think again! Choose the 70 miler (3133ft of climb) for a good workout or, if you couldn't afford to go to the Alps this year, pick the 100 miler which gives you 4987ft of climb. Finally, for an equally lovely route with less effort, the 50 miler gives you a gentle 1911ft of climb.

Drinks and food stations like leisurely stop-offs. will be provided in strategic places with nearby cyclist-friendly cafes en route indicated on the maps and in the ride instructions for those who like leisurely stop offs.

HQ will be Marholm Village Hall which provides adequate, safe free parking and pre-ride and post-ride refreshments, including homemade cakes, to start, and end a satisfying day.

Start for the three timed distances will be 8.30am. Each rider will have their time posted on our website after the event.

The British Cycling entry system gives you a simple and friendly way to enter the event, even if you are not a BC member. Plus each rider on the day will be covered by British Cycling public liability insurance.

Cost to enter is only £12 by either via British Cycling (registration fee +£1.00) or by post.   On the day entries will be £15.00. Last day for online entries 15th May 2014.
