A range of activities take place at the disability cycling hub in York, which primarily uses the closed road cycling circuit at York Sport Village.
The HSBC UK Go-Ride programme is supporting York Sport and Go-Ride Club Clifton CC to deliver regular activities at the closed road circuit at the York Sport Village, supporting a range of impairments
These sessions are for para-cyclists and two-wheeled bike riders with neurological, amputation and visual impairments.
Riders of any level are invited to attend these sessions and learn how to improve their cycling. The sessions are also the first step for para-cyclists onto The Rider Route for the Great Britain Cycling Team.
York Sport: regular all-ability cycling sessions using adapted bikes available on site including trikes, side by side social cycles, KMX Karts, handbikes and trikes tandems. Sessions are £5 per person for use of a bike and helmet. Personal assistants, parents or carers go free so you can ride alongside.
