From South: Follow A1/A1(M) northbound; exit at junction 61 and take A177 towards Durham; at roundabout after 3.5 miles take third exit (back down A177) then immediately left onto Whinney Hill; turn right onto Green Lane.
From North: Follow A1/A1(M) southbound; exit at junction 62 and take A690 towards Durham; at second roundabout turn left onto New Elvet, signposted Coxhoe, Bowburn (A177); turn left at Old County Hotel into Old Elvet; after 0.2 miles bear left into Green Lane.
