With the launch of British Cycling’s Level 2 Qualification in Cyclo-Cross Coaching just around the corner (check out our recent article about the award, or visit the award details and booking page), we were delighted to receive an invide from Yorkshire Go-Ride coach, Chris Young, to come along to one of his mid-week floodlit Cyclo-Cross training sessions in Keighley, near Bradford.
It was a clear, still, but absolutely freezing evening when we joined Chris and a hardy but enthusiastic band of riders at the Marley sports facility. A very brisk and varied 60 or so minutes flashed by. Have a look at our video of the session, which was a great example of Go-Ride coaching in action.
