With the launch of British Cycling’s Level 2 Qualification in Cyclo-Cross Coaching just around the corner (check out our , or visit the page), we were delighted to receive an invide from Yorkshire Go-Ride coach, Chris Young, to come along to one of his mid-week floodlit Cyclo-Cross training sessions in Keighley, near Bradford.
It was a clear, still, but absolutely freezing evening when we joined Chris and a hardy but enthusiastic band of riders at the Marley sports facility. A very brisk and varied 60 or so minutes flashed by. Have a look at our video of the session, which was a great example of Go-Ride coaching in action.
