National Trophy Points Scoring

The first 30 finishers in the Youth Under 16 Boys, Veteran Men 40-49 and Senior/Elite Men’s races will receive points as follows:

50, 44, 40, 36, 33, 30, 28, 26, 24, 22, 20, then reducing by one point per place to 30th place.

In all other races, and in the integral competitions for subsidiary age groups (Under 16 Girls, Under 14 Boys, Under 14 Girls, Junior Men, Women, Under 23 Men, Veteran Men 50+)  the top 20 finishers will receive points as follows:

40, 34, 30, 26, 23, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, then reducing by one point per place to 20th place.

All six events in the series will count towards the overall points result.

The overall leader in the Senior Men, Junior Men, Women, Veteran 40-49 and Youth Under 16 Boys competitions will be awarded a Yellow Leader’s Jersey, which must be worn on the podium, and during the next round of the series.  The leaders in the Under 14 Boys, Under 23 Men and Veteran Men 50+ competitions will be awarded a Green Jersey. The leader in the Youth Under 16 Girls competition will be awarded a Blue Jersey. The leader in the Youth Under 14 Girls competition will be awarded a White Jersey.

UCI World Ranking Points

The first 10 finishers in the Senior/Elite Men’s races will receive points as follows: 40, 30, 20, 15, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2, 1.  The first 5 finishers in the Junior Men’s race at rounds 2 and 3 will receive points as follows: 10, 6, 4, 2. 1.

Prize Money

Minimum prize values in the Men’s Senior/Elite race are determined by UCI requirements, based upon a Euro exchange rate established by the UCI at the beginning of the year.  A sum equivalent to 2% of the Senior/Elite prize fund is levied by the UCI as a contribution to the anti-doping fund, and has been deducted from the prize list.

Senior Elite Men’s prize list (all rounds): Prizes to first 25 riders - £330, £170, £100, £85, £80, £75, £70, £65, £60, £55, £50, £45, £40, £35, £25, 5 x £20, 5 x £10.

Women’s prize list (all rounds): Prizes to first 10 riders - £60, £40, £30, £25, £20, £18, £16, £14, £12, £10.

Junior prize list: Rounds 1-2, 4-6 Prizes to first 10 riders - £60, £40, £30, £25, £20, £18, £16, £14, £12, £10. Round 3 (UCI) Prizes to first 15 riders - £125, £85, £60, £50, 3 x £40, 3 x £35, 5 x £25.

Veteran 40-49 prize list (all rounds): Prizes to first 15 riders - £80, £60, £50, £45, £40, £35, £30, £25, £20, £18, £16, £14, £12, £10, £10.

Veteran 50+ prize list (all rounds): Prizes to first 10 riders - £60, £40, £30, £25, £20, £18, £16, £14, £12, £10.

Youth prize list (all rounds): Prizes to first 10 Under 16 Boys - £40, £30, £20, £18, £15, £14, £13, £12, £11, £10. First five Under 16 Girls: £40, £20, £18, £15, £10.  First three Under-14 Boys: £20, £15, £10. First three Under-14 Girls: £20, £15, £10.

Medals

The overall 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each main and sub category will be awarded gold, silver and bronze medals. 

Podium Presentations

A podium presentation will take place for each Trophy category immediately after the last rider has crossed the line in each race.  The first three riders in each category, and after round one, the first three riders in the overall classification, are required to attend the podium presentation.  Failure to do so may result in penalty or loss of prize money.
