With preparations well under way for the 2013 league season, there is just time to reflect on one of the key moments of the 2012 BCTG Elite season as Sky Sports turns the focus on the top of the table clash between Oxford Hammers and Poole Comets.
A win for the home side would see then retain the league trophy for another season while the Dorset club needed to pull off a victory to keep their title aspirations alive.
The Hammers only defeat in the 2012 campaign to that point had been at Harbourside so the revenge factor would provide added spice in a match which featured the strongest line up of UK and Polish stars in any match of the season.
