The British Academy of Cycle Speedway programmed for 29 January location has changed.

The venue is now East Park due to difficulty in securing a venue with so many clubs doing closed season necessary track work.

“I would like to thank Al Bentley and all his staff at East Park making it possible at the eleventh hour to accommodate the academy. Hot and cold refreshments will be available as well as the facility to hold a 'classroom' session. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause,” organiser Ivan Pike said.

The 12 February for the British Women's and Girl’s League Academy is confirmed as Sandwell.
