Tell us about your commuting rig:
It’s a Felt Z100, just over 6 months old, I wear a Deuter rucksack, bike looks like a mobile disco with the lights,

What’s your commute like?
18 miles on general undulating terrain, about 250m of ascending

How many days a week do you commute by bike?
At the moment one or two days a week, depending on weather

What do you enjoy the most about bike commuting?
Being on the bike, not being in the car

What’s your least favourite thing about commuting by bike?
Having to leave the house at 6:30am in the dark

What are your main reasons to commute by bike?
Keep fit, enjoy being on a bike

Have you got any funny or interesting bike commuting stories or experiences to share?
Only that I have learned the difference between water resistant and water proof!

What’s your killer commuting tip?
Be organised the night before and have all you need to freshen up already at work, a Frijj Vanilla Milkshake for post ride recovery.
