Cycle Training – equipping you with the skills to ride on today’s roads

Our surveys show that fear of riding on the roads is one of the biggest barriers to commuting by bike. Good news is that cycle training is available for children and adults. British Cycling is training a network of instructors to the nationally recognised ‘Bikeability’ standards, with three levels for beginner, intermediate and advanced riders.
