I am a Level 3 Road and Time Trial Coach, level 3 MTB Coach and a Level 2 CX coach.  Level 2 MTB leader. I have experience in coaching Regional and National standard riders for the last few years.   I deliver coaching via weekly plans, one off appointments and coaching sessions for clubs. 

I also do bike fitting and can conduct field testing as required.
