Effective coaching is at the heart of cycling performance at every level so it doesn’t matter if you want to teach core bike-handling skills to future generations or have aspirations to mentor Great Britain’s elite, British Cycling has a coaching course that will help you achieve your goals.

Pilot: Level 2 Mountain Bike Coaching Award

After a year in the making, British Cycling's Level 2 Mountain Bike Coaching Award is now live and launched following a pilot course in Whinlatter.

British Cycling's Coaching and Education Department are proud to announce the launch of the Level 2 Mountain Bike Coaching Award. The popular Cannock Chase trail centre, located in the West Midlands will be the venue for the first public delivery of this course.

Junior MTB Coaching Sessions at Whinlatter

Cyclewise Whinlatter, the mountain bike specialists based at Whinlatter Forest, near Keswick in Cumbria have with the assistance of the Forestry Commission created two new courses for the young mountain bike enthusiast.
