About our club

The Old Luce Cycling Club is based in Galloway, and centred around the village of Glenluce, and the town of Stranraer, with fantastic road routes radiating out west across the Rhins of Galloway, to the south to the Machars, and north into Ayrshire.

In the summer months the Club normally meets on Tuesdays and Thursday in Stranraer for a 75-120 minute ride. The Tuesday ride has real challenge, whilst the Thursday ride is designated a 'club ride' and adapts to meet the needs of all participants.

The OLCC encourages cyclists of all abilities to get out and explore the great outdoors, as well as cafes, pubs, and everything else that makes our region, and greater south west Scotland special - on a bicycle off course.

As the OLCC grows, we hope to develop a program of events, including meets and regular ride dates.

The club is very much what the members make it; we encourage everyone to get involved, stay connected, and better still, send out an invite to fellow members when next heading out.
