About our club
Cycle Club Bexley was formed in 1966. We have a friendly and active membership, some of whom compete in Cycle Time Trials, Road Races, Triathlons, Mountain Bike Races, Sportives and Reliability Events. We also enjoy plenty of social events, social rides and have a regular club run. The club promotes an Open 10 Mile Time Trial each June, hosts an Evening Time Trial Series at West Kingsdown every Wednesday between April and August, holds a Hillclimb Event at the end of August and runs a Charity Reliability Trial each November.
Our club run meets every Sunday morning at the post box in Farningham, DA4 0DH, ready for a 09:00 departure, straight in to our beautiful countryside. The rides are generally around 30 to 50 miles in length (depending on those present), passing through the picturesque rolling hills of north Kent, they normally include a coffee/lunch stop.
