British Cycling Policy Adviser Chris Boardman today toasted a “victory for common sense” as Windsor and Maidenhead Council confirmed that they have withdrawn their application for an injunction against the owner of Velolife cycling café. This follows sustained pressure from lawyers Leigh Day, British Cycling and Cycling UK.
