Complete our survey on bad driving, near misses and rough justice for cyclists

In partnership with Cycling Weekly we are stepping up our efforts to get the government to review the criminal justice system and how it treats cases in which cyclists are hurt or killed.

We'd like to build on our existing evidence base from the cases we have dealt with for our members, and need your help to demonstrate how the current system isn’t working properly.

As well as the cases in which we have been closely involved on behalf of our members with our personal injury solicitors Leigh Day & Co we want to gather as much information as possible.

Help us develop a comprehensive picture of the issues with the justice system and crashes or near misses on the road. Please take the time to give us details of any road incidents that happened to you or that you know of, where you feel justice wasn’t done.
