Great Britain cyclists including Philip Hindes and Matt Crampton are part of a world-class field of track riders which will descend on Manchester this Saturday as the sold-out Revolution Series Round 3 begins the cycling year in style.

British Olympic team sprint champion Philip Hindes tops the bill at Revolution Round 3 in a sprinting line-up packed with quality.

An all-star team will feature Robert Förstemann, Craig MacLean and Matt Crampton. French trio Francois Pervis, Michael D'Almeida, Julian Palma also team up, while six day legend and four-times world champion Franco Marvulli appears for Team howies.

Förstemann said: "It's always a lot of fun for me to ride in Britain, and I'm really happy to begin my season in Manchester in 2013."

The 2008 Olympic keirin silver medallist Ross Edgar makes his debut for Team IG Sigma Sport and former Team Sky man and British TT champion Alex Dowsett, now at Movistar Team, will guest for Team Sportscover.

Revolution Series highlights will be broadcast on ITV4 at 8pm on Wednesday 9 January and catch up in ITV Player.

The Revolution Series event is a sell-out but tickets will be available on the door for the National Madison Championships: £6 for adults and £3 for children. See Saturday's full race programme here.

There are limited VIP and full hospitality tickets available for Revolution Series Round 4 at the Sir Chris Hoy Velodrome in Glasgow on 2 February.
