The 165.7km/103 mile Endurance Fuel Peak Epic on Sunday 23rd June with its 4000m of climbing is set to test even the strongest sportive riders. So we are calling on anybody who has competed in the toughest sportives in the country to come and give this new challenging event a go and see how it compares.
The route takes riders to the wildest most spectacular parts of the Peak District, areas only accessible by small lanes many of which have never been used before for any sportive. The roads in lots of places are slow going with punishing climbs, twisty descents and very little flat, making the Peak Epic a real challenge.
And it's not just for the fittest! We have two shorter routes of 101km and 63km on offer still taking in the same stunning landscape and some of the tough climbs as the long route but over much more manageable distances.
The event starts and finishes in the picturesque Peak District market town of Bakewell; event HQ is based at the Bakewell Agricultural Centre providing: hard standing parking, undercover registration, toilets/changing facilities and an on-site cafe.
