Completing this year’s trio of Velo29 Sportives is a brand new event for 2013, the Daffodils Sportive.

Departing from Thirsk and heading to Farndale, the site of the world famous daffodils, this sportive is designed by experienced riders at Velo29 to be a pleasant start to the 2013 sportive season.

There are three routes of 36, 77 and 88 miles all leaving Thirsk in North Yorkshire and heading out through the beautiful rolling country side of many great cycling adventures including the 2012 National Road Race Championship.

The Farndale daffodils will be in full bloom, Spring will be with us and the roads empty! Perfect to end the long winter and enjoy some great fun cycling.

All Velo29 Sportives have great facilities, including Service Cars and Motor Bikes, Feed Zones, Event Goodie Bags, Free Post Ride Massage, Electronic Timing Ships and much much more.
