Time is running out to enter the Burgess Hill Springtime Classic 2012, which will again host the three testing routes it has become well known for.

The closing date for the event is the 15 March with over 700 riders taking part in 2011, leading organizers increase this year’s maximum participants to 800 with places filling up fast.

The three routes are:

The classic - 71 miles
The challenge - 54 miles
The tour - 36 miles

There are some notable hills on the classic route which include Pillow Mounds Hill, Kidds Hill, Groombridge Hill and Cob Lane Hill.

The new headquarters of Oakmeeds College in the Centre of Burgess Hill has all the amenities a sportive rider might need which include fast signing on procedure, changing rooms, numerous toilets, showers, safe drop off point for belongings and free parking.
