With its completely flat terrain and some of the straightest sections of road in Europe, Wiggle Flatout in the Fens on Sunday 26th June takes the 'and now for something completely different' sportive award.

Geoff Saxon at KILO TO GO says "We're not normally ones for over-using superlatives to describe our sportives but 'Flatout' is full of them. For a start the long option is the longest one-day sportive in the UK; but we've also got a 112 and 77 miles option too. The terrain is almost complete flat and we take riders through the lowest points in the country at below sea-level.

"The Fenland is certainly different with its big skies and open tranquility but don't be fooled into thinking flat means and easy ride - you can't hide from a breeze (or 'the blow' as they call it in these parts)".

With a new HQ at Peterborough College, Wiggle Flatout in the Fens attracts people from all over the UK as riders seek out an altogether different sportive. 600 people have already signed up and if you want to experience something completely different too you'll need to head flatout for details and online entries to www.kilotogo.com

Entries close Sunday 19th June
