TT: Gordon Claims Caithness Clean Sweep

WINNING all three events, Tam Gordon (Dooleys Cycles) took the overall honours in breezy but warm and sunny weather for the two-day Caithness Festival of Cycling in the north of Scotland.

Gordon was fastest in the 10 and 25-mile events at Thurso and also led the way in the 11-mile Loch Calder hilly test with Tom Broadbent (Eldin CC) runner-up in all three.

Dave Harter (Forres CC) finished third in the 25 to take top spot in the incorporated North of Scotland Championship.
