Round 15 of the Surrey League Handicap Series went to Lee Smith (Felt Colbornes RT), from Farnham, who crossed the line ahead of Stephen Broomfield (Addiscombe CC) after 30 miles of racing on the Kitsmead Lane circuit, near Chertsey.
