The Primal Europe Team has announced its line-up and sponsors ahead of the 2012 Road season. The team have also launched a feeder cycling club, the Runningtoday Cycling Club.

Team Principal James Smith said “We are really excited with this project. It is hoped that all the riders for the elite team in the future will come from the club. Therefore, if you feel you have potential you need to position yourself in the club this year, to have a chance in 2013.”

The team took over 25 wins in 2011 including the overall win, sprint and team prize at the Kalas Two day stage race. The team can also boast a National Champion in Martin Smith who took the National Veterans’ Title. The team has increased in size so that they can focus on a national, as well as a local calendar.
