The rider list for the Twinings Pro-Am Premier Calendar race has been confirmed with a strong line-up set for the penultimate race in the series.

Riders at the East Yorkshire Classic

Current leader Ian Bibby, who spoke to britishcycling.org.uk earlier this week, is present along with Motorpoint teammates Marcin Bialoblocki and Johnny McEvoy, who are both still in contention for the title.  In addition Rapha Condor Sharp, Endura Racing, Sigma Sport Specialized Cycling Team, 100% ME and Team Raleigh will all be present.

Highlights from the first four Premier Calendar events

The will line up at midday in Wilton, before them 101 miles of tough racing on a course designed to deliver a worthy winner in this, the newest of British Cycling's Premier Calendar series.  Over the course of the race the riders will take on two different circuits, the first, a longer circuit that traces Fovant Down and rides in the Shadow of the famous Fovant Badges, a series of regimental insignia carved into the chalk downs, the second a shorter and flatter circuit that will offer a last opportunity to reel in any breakaways before the finish.

The event, making its Premier Calendar debut, is followed by the final race, the Richmond Grand Prix, on the 4 September where the overall winner will be crowned.
