Barnesbury CC is leading on a bid from Gallagher Park in Bedlington for funding to help develop the facilities through the QE2 funding.

The more votes the park gets the better the chance of the downhill red and black route as well as the skills loop with signage being built.  There is a need for the full plans to make Gallagher Park an urban mountain bike cycling venue to be pushed ahead.
