Orange Monkey-Cannondale junior rider Alex Baker has renewed his contract for a further two seasons that will see him race for the team in his final year as a junior and first year as an under 23 elite competitor.

Baker competed in his first World Cup at his home race, Dalby Forest, in 2011 as well as a second place result in the British National Championships, which made him the highest placed first year junior.

The team also confirmed that Paul Beales has signed a short term one year deal with the team and that Cannondale will stay as title sponsor to the team in 2012.
