The cross season is about to take off in the North with a number of top class events taking place over the next 2 weekends. On the 22nd of October Doncaster presents its very own Supercross!

The venue and organisation of this event look superb, event promotor Chris Morrey has confirmed a variety of sponsors have enabled him to offer a minimum prize fund of £2000 in addition to products provided by cycling retailers and a leisure break for two.

Cash prizes down to 10th place across all categories other than u12.

The tough course has been designed to test even the best with obstacles, run ups and steep climbs with a road section to start.

Chris said, "we have spoken to many riders who are eager to compete for the large prize fund many of whom will be stopping off at our event on their way down to London for the Rapha event on Sunday.

National Criterium Champion Graham Briggs has confirmed he will be competing and is looking forward to the challenge from other top riders.
